اثر طناب زنی تناوبی و تداومی بر فاکتورهای آمادگی جسمانی دختران نوجوان سالم

چکیده

هدف : ورزش طناب زنی با افزایش عملکرد فیزیکی و سلامت جسمانی پایدار در ارتباط است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، اثر طناب زنی تناوبی و تداومی بر فاکتورهای آمادگی جسمانی دختران نوجوان سالم بود.



مواد و روش ها : این تحقیق از نوع نیمه تجربی و میدانی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل دختران نوجوان سالم مقطع ابتدایی شهر سلطانیه بود. 30 آزمودنی‌ به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفره تمرینات طناب زنی تناوبی و تداومی تقسیم شدند. فاکتورهای آمادگی جسمانی دختران، قبل و بعد از هشت هفته تمرین اندازه گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری تکراری در سطح معنی‌داری 05/0 انجام شد.



یافته ها : نتایج اختلاف معنی‌داری را در اثر عامل گروه تمرینات طناب زنی بر استقامت عضلات کمربند شانه‌ای دختران نوجوان نشان داد (022/0=P). در گروه طناب زنی تناوبی نسبت به گروه طناب زنی تداومی، استقامت عضلات کمربند شانه‌ای بیشتر بود.



نتیجه گیری : با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر اثرات مثبتی از تمرین طناب زنی تناوبی نسبت به تداومی بر برخی از شاخص‌های آمادگی جسمانی مشاهده شد. طناب زنی می‌تواند ورزش مناسبی برای دختران نوجوان در مدارس باشد.
