تاثیر خواب در عملکرد ورزشی رانندگان مسابقات فرمول یک

چکیده

اهداف : خواب کافی و با کیفیت با عملکرد بهتر در بسیاری از ورزش ها همراه است؛ با این حال، این رابطه در میان ورزشکاران مسابقات فرمول یک مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی رابطه بین کیفیت خواب مدت زمان خواب و معیارهای عملکرد در بین رانندگان حرفه ای مسابقه است.

مواد و روش ها : در طول فصل 2023 ، پنج راننده فرمول 1، SQ، SD و ساعت تغییر زمان کشورهای برگزار کننده را برای هر مسابقه گزارش کردند. داده های عملکرد (موقعیت نهایی و امتیازات کسب شده) از طریق ارتباط با تیم‌های فرمول یک در جایزه بزرگ آذربایجان به دست آمده است.

یافته ها : روابط بین متغیرهای خواب و عملکرد رانندگی با استفاده از همبستگی ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. همبستگی بین SQ و عملکرد رانندگی معنی دار نبود. Sd و عملکرد برای یک راننده به طور مثبت و برای راننده دیگر به طور منفی مرتبط بودند (p < .05).

نتیجه گیری : تغییر ساعت زمان با مدت زمان خواب برای یک راننده (p < .05) همراه بود. تفاوت های فردی در برنامه‌های خواب و الزامات ممکن است به این معنی باشد که خواب به شدت با عملکرد برخی رانندگان نسبت به دیگران مرتبط است.
