اثر دمای محیط بر آسیب DNA ناشی از فعالیت بدنی در کشتی‌گیران نوجوان

چکیده

مقدمه: انجام فعالیت‌های بدنی شدید سبب ایجاد استرس اکسایشی و آسیب DNA در ورزشکاران می‌شود که این موضوع در ترکیب با عوامل محیطی از جمله تغییرات دمای محیط تمرین می‌تواند بر سلامت و موفقیت ورزشکاران اثرات منفی بگذارد. از این رو، هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثرات دماهای محیطی مختلف بر شاخص OHdG-8 در کشتی‌گیران نوجوان بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد 21 نفر از کشتی‌گیران نوجوان برتر باشگاه‌های استان کردستان (سن: 8/0±04/15 سال، وزن: 67/12±20/59 کیلوگرم، قد: 39/7±47/163 سانتی‌متر، چربی بدن: 39/3±03/10 درصد) به‌عنوان آزمودنی در مطالعه حاضر شرکت کردند. پس از ایجاد شرایط دمایی موردنظر (دمای 30، 18 و 10 درجه سانتی‌گراد) از آزمودنی‌ها خواسته شد که پروتکل تمرینی مبتنی بر فنون کشتی را انجام دهند. نمونه‌های ادراری قبل، بلافاصله و 30 دقیقه بعد از فعالیت جمع‌آوری شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که سطح 8-هیدروکسی-2- دی اکسی گوانوزین (OHdG-8) در هر سه گروه بلافاصله پس از فعالیت افزایش داشت اما این افزایش در هیچ‌یک از گروه‌ها از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (05/0<p). همچنین، سطح OHdG-8 30 دقیقه پس از فعالیت هم در هر سه گروه افزایش یافت. باوجوداین، تغییرات درون‌گروهی و بین‌گروهی از نظر آماری معنی‌دار نبود (05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که انجام تمرین کشتی در دماهای محیطی مختلف بر تشدید آسیب اکسایشی DNA در کشتی‌گیران نوجوان اثر معنی‌داری ندارد. باوجوداین، با توجه به بالاتر بودن سطح OHdG-8 در گروه تمرین با دمای بالا، به مربیان توصیه می‌شود که جهت کاهش فشارهای محیطی به دمای سالن‌های تمرینی و مسابقات کشتی‌گیران نوجوان توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشند.
