تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین پیلاتس با دو فرکانس متفاوت و یک دوره بی‌تمرینی بر تعادل و درد در زنان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت

چکیده

هدف: استئوآرتریت یک بیماری غیرالتهابی مفصلی است که در مفاصل متحرک در اثر تخریب غضروف مفصلی همراه با استخوان-سازی جدید در سطح و حاشیه مفاصل درگیر بروز می‌کند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تاثیر 8 هفته تمرینات پیلاتس با دو فرکانس متفاوت و بی‌تمرینی متعاقب آن بر علائم بیماری استئوآرتریت زانو در زنان مبتلا می‌باشد.
روش تحقیق:
تعداد 26 نفر از بین زنان سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو با دامنه سنی 65-50 سال، (میانگین وزن 1±70 کیلوگرم و میانگین قد 9±156 سانتی‌متر) به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تجربی (18 نفر)، و یک گروه کنترل (8 نفر) تقسیم شدند، پروتکل تمرینی به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه به مدت 60 دقیقه اجرا شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‏ها از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها:
یافته‌ها نشان داد اثر عامل زمان و اثر تعاملی زمان- گروه برای بهبود شدت درد با فرکانس 5 جلسه‌ای نسبت به فرکانس 3 جلسه‌ای کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (027/0P=). همچنین اثر عامل زمان برای تعادل ایستا و پویا معنی‌دار بود (049/0>P). اثر تعاملی زمان-گروه برای تعادل ایستا کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (011/0=P).
نتیجه‌گیری:
: به نظر می‌رسد که 5 جلسه تمرین پیلاتس در هفته تاثیراتی مثبت‌تری در مقایسه با 3 جلسه‌ی تمرین در بهبود تعادل و کاهش شدت درد در زنان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو دارد.
