درد گذرای شکمی مرتبط با ورزش (تیر کشیدن پهلو): مروری نظام‌مند بر ادبیات سازوکار‌ها، عوامل خطر و راهبرد‌های مدیریت

چکیده

اهداف و زمینه مطالعه:
درد گذرای شکمی مرتبط با ورزش یکی از عوارض شایع در بین ورزشکاران به خصوص در دوندگان است که تا 70% از دوندگان را تحت تاقیر قرار می‌دهد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی مکانیسم‌ها، عوامل خطر و استراتژی‌های مدیریت در درد گذرای شکمی مرتبط با ورزش بود.
روش‌های مرور و منابع داده‌ها:
مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری بر ادبیات بود. بازه‌ زمانی جستجوی مقالات به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی از سال 2000 تا 2025 بود که در پایگاه‌های Scopus، PubMed، WOS، Google Scholar و SID انجام گرفت و در نهایت 19 مقاله براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج بررسی شدند.
یافته‌ها:
درد گذرای شکمی مرتبط با ورزش با راهبرد‌های پیشگیرانه برطرف می‌شود اما اگر ادامه یابد، علل جایگزین دیگری نظیر سندرم لیگامان کمانی میانی در نظر گرفته می‌شود. برخی مطالعات بروز این درد را در زنان بیشتر گزارش کرده‌اند، اما تحقیقات دیگر ارتباط معناداری با جنسیت مشاهده نکرده‌اند. تمامی پژوهش‌ها بر کاهش تدریجی آن با افزایش سن توافق دارند. فاصله کم غذا تا ورزش، استرس، گرم‌کردن ناکافی و شدت بالای فعالیت از عوامل موثر می‌باشند. تقویت عضلات تنه و تمرکز بر تنفس ریتمیک از عوامل موثر احتمالی در جلوگیری از این درد هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری:
علی‌رغم شیوع گسترده این درد، اما علت اصلی نامشخص و تحقیقات محدود است. نظر به عدم وجود هرگونه روش درمانی، مطالعات بیشتر برای شناخت دقیق‌تر سازوکار‌های ایجاد کننده، عوامل خطر و توسعه روش‌های درمانی هدفمند باید در مطالعات بعدی لحاظ شود.
