مروری بر مکانیسم های مولکولی ورزش درمانی در بازسازی عضلانی در بیماران دیابتی

چکیده

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: ورزش درمانی نقش مهمی در بازسازی عضلانی، بهبود وضعیت بیماران دیابتی دارد. در این مقاله
بمکانیسم‌های مولکولی ورزش درمانی در بازسازی عضلانی بیماران دیابتی بررسی خواهد شد.
روش: مرور و بررسی مکانیسم‌های مولکولی ورزش درمانی در بازسازی عضلانی در بیماران دیابتی از طریق، جست و جوی مقالات علمی به زبان‌های فارسی و انگلیسی از سال 2020 تا 2024 انجام شدو 11 مقاله با بیشترین ارتباط و کیفیت به عنوان مقالات نهایی انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مورد استفاده برای جستجو شامل Scopus ،PubMed ، SID،JCR ،GoogleScholar ،WOS وScience Direct بودند.
یافته‌ها: استفاده از تمرینات مقاومتی می تواند به عنوان یک روش موثر برای
جلوگیری از دیابت باشد.همچنین سطوح بالای IL-6 با
مقاومت به انسولین، اختلال در متابولیسم گلوکز و افزایش خطر عوارضی مانند نوروپاتی دیابتی و بیماری قلبی
عروقی مرتبط است. تحقیق دیگری نشان داده است که ورزش هوازی می‌تواند از آتروفی عضلانی ناشی از متیل
گلیوکسال جلوگیری کند. مقاله دیگر نشان می‌دهد که افزایش بیان GLUT4 موجب بهبود حساسیت به انسولین و
سلامت متابولیک کل بدن می‌شود. پژوهش دیگری استفاده از سلول‌های ماهواره‌ای برای تبدیل و تولید سلول‌های
بتای جدید در بیماران دیابتی را به عنوان یک روش درمانی بررسی کرده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: ورزش درمانی با فعال‌سازی مسیرهای مولکولی مانند AMPK و PI3K/Akt و تعدیل التهاب و استرس
اکسیداتیو، بازسازی عضلات و سلامت کلی بیماران دیابتی را بهبود می‌بخشد.
