چکیده

چاقی یکی از مشکلات ناشی از عدم تعادل در سوخت و ساز است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی میزان اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات طی یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی وامانده‌ساز در مردان چاق است.

در این پژوهش 15 نفر از مردان چاق به عنوان نمونه که به‌صورت داوطلبانه شرکت داشتند. آزمون ورزشی فزاینده وابسته به فرد را بر روی تردمیل اجرا کردند. قبل از اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های اصلی تحقیق اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های آنتروپومتریکی و ضربان قلب استراحت، و هنگام فعالیت ورزشی ثبت گردید. گازهای تنفسی آزمودنی ها با استفاده از گاز آنالایزر در حالت پایه و بر روی نوارگردان تا ریدن به واماندگی جمع آوری شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار استنباطی (آزمون آماری اندازه‌گیری مکرر) با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 استفاده شد. سطح معناداری در این تحقیق کمتر از 5 درصد در نظر گرفته شد.


یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد در یک جلسه تمرین فزاینده وامانده ساز میزان میانگین و انحراف معیار اکسیداسیون چربی در آستانه بی‌هوازی 79/0±8/2- و در آستانه هوازی 48/0±86/0- و میزان میانگین و انحراف معیار اکسیداسیون کربوهیدرات در آستانه هوازی 97/1±45/6 و در آستانه بی‌هوازی 97/1±61/8 می‌باشد و همچنین بین میزان اکسیداسیون چربی و کربوهیدرات در تمام مراحل متعاقب یک جلسه فعالیت ورزشی فزاینده وامانده ساز تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0P≤). بود.

احتمالاً ورزش تأثیر مثبتی در کاهش عوامل خطر قلبی- عروقی، اختلالات چربی، مقاومت به انسولین و عدم تحمل گلوکز در افراد غیرفعال دارد. چرا که اکسیداسیون چربی را افزایش می‌دهد و کیفیت زندگی را بهبود می‌بخشد.
