تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید و مکمل‌سازی زنجبیل بر شاخص‌های مسیر AMPK/SREBP-1c/ACC در موش‌های نر صحرایی مبتلا به کبد چرب غیرالکلی

چکیده

مسیر سیگنالینگ AMPK/SREBP-1c/ACC با مهار سنتز چربی، نقش کلیدی در کاهش تجمع چربی کبدی دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) و مکمل‌سازی زنجبیل بر این مسیر در موش‌های صحرایی نر مبتلا به کبد چرب غیرالکلی پرداخت.

پس از القای بیماری کبد چرب با رژیم پرچرب به مدت ۱۲ هفته، موش‌ها در پنج گروه (کنترل سالم، کنترل بیمار، ورزش، مکمل زنجبیل و ترکیبی) قرار گرفتند. گروه‌های مداخله به مدت ۸ هفته تحت برنامه تمرینی HIIT یا مکمل‌گیری زنجبیل (یا هر دو) قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها نشان داد که بیان ژن AMPK در تمام گروه‌های تحت مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بیمار افزایش معنی‌داری یافت، در حالی که سطح بیان ژن‌های SREBP-1c و ACC کاهش معنی‌داری نشان داد. همچنین، گروه کنترل بیمار در مقایسه با گروه کنترل سالم، کاهش معنی‌دار در AMPK و افزایش معنی‌دار در SREBP-1c و ACC را نشان داد. با این حال، بین سه گروه مداخله‌ای تفاوت معنی‌داری از نظر تغییرات بیان ژن‌ها مشاهده نشد.

نتیجه‌گیری نهایی : هر دو روش تمرین تناوبی شدید و مکمل‌سازی زنجبیل - چه به صورت جداگانه و چه ترکیبی - قادر به تنظیم مسیر سیگنالینگ AMPK/SREBP-1c/ACC هستند و می‌توانند از تجمع چربی کبدی و عوارض بیماری کبد چرب غیرالکلی پیشگیری کنند.
