بررسی تغییرات نیمرخ متابولومیکی به دنبال ورزش‌های انفرادی و استقامتی: یک مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند

چکیده

تمرین ورزشی غلظت بسیاری از متابولیت‌ها را تغییر می‌دهد، متابولیت‌ها مولکول‌های کوچکی‌اند (5/1 کیلو دالتون) که توسط واکنش‌های متابولیسم درون سلول متابولیزه می‌شوند. این مرور سیستماتیک یک ارزیابی کیفی از 25 مطالعه مبتنی بر متابولومیک را ارائه می‌کند که در دهه گذشته به بررسی تغییرات متابولوم انسانی ناشی از رقابت‌های ورزشی می‌پردازد. این مطالعات تغییرات زیادی را در متابولیت‌های مرتبط با لیپید‌ها، چربی‌ها و کربوهیدرات‌ها گزارش کردند که بیش از 100 مورد در عرض چند ساعت پس از ورزش دو برابر یا بیشتر شد. تغییرات متابولیت، حتی پس از ورزش شدید، معمولاً پس از یک روز ریکاوری به سطح تقریباً قبل از تمرین باز می-گردد.
روش‌های مرور و منابع داده‌ها
در این مطالعه یک بازبینی سیستماتیک با پیروی از دستورالعمل‌های PRISMA صورت پذیرفته است و مطالعات متابولومیک انسانی که غلظت متابولیت‌ها را قبل و ظرف 24 ساعت پس از ورزش استقامتی در خون، بزاق، ادرار یا عرق بدن گزارش کردند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
نتیجه‌گیری:
در انواع مختلف رقابت‌های ورزشی، رشته ورزشی مد نظر اغلب به طور مداوم میانگین غلظت متابولیت‌های متعلق به متابولیسم انرژی و سایر شاخه‌های متابولیسم را تغییر می‌دهد. این مجموعه داده یک منبع مفید برای کسانی است که مایل به مطالعه متابولیسم تمرین ورزشی در انسان هستند.
